Can I make a return?
Please contact our customer care team if you wish to make a return. Please keep in mind that not all products on the MedShift Store are eligible for return and that a 10% restocking fee will be applied if your request to return a product is approved.
How long can I wait to make a return?
You must contact our customer care team at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to request a return.
Do you offer refunds?
No. If your order is eligible for return, you will receive a store credit in the form of MedShift Insider Rewards points that can be applied to your next order during checkout. Please keep in mind that a 10% restocking fee will apply for all returns.

When will my order arrive?
When your order arrives depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout. We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Priority Overnight.
