Who can purchase from MedShiftRx?

MedShiftRx sells exclusively to licensed medical providers and clinics. To purchase from our marketplace, you must be a verified business with a valid medical license and/or NPI. We do not sell directly to patients.

What information is required to become a customer of MedShiftRx?

To become a customer, you must provide a valid medical license and/or NPI. When you create an account at MedShiftRx and enter your NPI, it is automatically verified to confirm that it is valid and matches the name of the registering provider. If the information cannot be validated, your account registration may be declined. Please note that some of our products may require an additional account set-up form or a copy of a medical license to purchase.

Where do MedShiftRx products come from?

MedShift Rx works directly with product manufacturers and pharmacies in the US to source legitimate, approved products. Nearly all products in the MedShift Rx Marketplace are shipped directly from their partner
manufacturers.

Where do you ship to?

MedShiftRx ships to anywhere in the United States.

*Note: our 503A and 503B pharmacy partners can only ship to the states in which they are licensed. Please refer to individual product pages for information on which states are eligible for specific pharmaceutical sales.

Can I make a return?

For return requests, customers should contact the MedShiftRx customer care team. Not all products on the MedShift Store are eligible for return and shipping fees may be applied if your request to return a product is
approved. You must contact our customer care team at sales@medshiftrx.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to request a return. Order number, return request reason, and contact information must be included in the request.

Do you offer refunds?

If your order is eligible for return, customers may receive store credit in the form of MedShift Insider Rewards points that can be applied to your next order during checkout. Customers must contact the MedShiftRx customer care team at sales@medshiftrx.com to initiate a refund request.

How quickly will orders arrive?

MedShift Rx ships to anywhere in the United States. As our manufacturer partners generally ship most products directly, the timing of orders depends on both the shipping method chosen during checkout and specific manufacturer requirements. Customers are encouraged to review product pages for individual shipping requirements and can expect to receive orders in multiple packages if purchasing from more than one manufacturer partner. Typical shipping options include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Priority Overnight.

How can I redeem discounts?

Published discounts are automatically applied at check out and are generally visible on product pages. Other discounts can be redeemed using promo codes and are shared with customers via email or social media.
Customers are encouraged to subscribe to the MedShift Rx newsletter to learn about future promotions. Loyalty points that have been accrued can be accessed when logged into a user profile by clicking the “Insider Rewards” button on the bottom right of the MedShift Rx Marketplace pages. The number of points applied to the order (and dollar amount redeemed) can be adjusted upon check-out.
