Thanks to our significant purchasing capabilities and extensive industry experience, we are able to offer you our Low Price Guarantee. If you can provide our team with proof of a lower price from a Qualifying Retailer, we will match it. The process is extremely easy and straightforward; simply follow the steps below or get in touch with our customer support team.

There are two ways to take advantage of this guarantee. If you already made your purchase, fill out the form below to send a request to our customer service team. If you have not yet purchased, please get in touch with our sales team at sales@medshift.com or 800-980-0522 (ext. 1) and they will send you an invoice for the same product with the lower price.

Identify the product: Ensure that the product you wish to purchase is eligible for our low price guarantee. This applies to identical products available from Qualifying Retailers.

Find a lower price: Locate the same product with a lower price. Make sure it's the same model, size, and condition and is also in stock.

Fill out our form below: Reach out to our customer service team via phone or fill out the form below and provide them with your name, email, phone number, company and order number.

Verification and approval: Our customer service team will review your request and verify the lower price offered by the competitor. If your request is approved, your purchase total will be adjusted.

Product Requirements

What products qualify for the Low Price Guarantee?

Most of our products are eligible for our Low Price Guarantee, ensuring you get the best value.

However, please note that the guarantee does not apply to Renuvion handpieces, Ultherapy transducers, disposable RF tips, and BTL (EMSculpt) applicators. We appreciate your understanding, and for any questions or clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at orders@medshift.com.

Who are your Qualifying Retailers?

Qualifying Retailers can include manufacturers or known distributors, such as McKesson.

Third party, independent resellers such as Amazon, and/or used brokers are not considered Qualifying Retailers.

What if the Qualifying Retailer does not have the item in stock?

In order for us to honor our Low Price Guarantee, the Qualifying Retailer must have the item in stock and readily available for purchase.

If the item is not in stock at the Qualifying Retailer, we, unfortunately, cannot process a price match. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.

Is there a timeframe in which I need to submit my request?

To take advantage of our Low Price Guarantee, please ensure that your request is submitted within 5 business days of your order date.

How will I get my refund?

If your order is eligible for our Low Price Guarantee, you will receive a store credit in the form of MedShift Insider Rewards points.

These points will be added to your MedShift Insider account as store credit, and you can conveniently apply them to your next order during the checkout process.

Will I lose Insider Rewards Points if I request a price match?

No! That's the best part of being a MedShift Insider – utilizing our Low Price Guarantee won't affect your Insider points.

Do you price match when there is a gift with purchase?

Items that include a gift with purchase are still covered by our Low Price Guarantee.

Do you price match offers with financing?

MedShift does not price match offers that are being financed. Devices that are financed are not being charged interest, so you are already receiving the best deal!
