Revanesse Lips+ or Versa+

Get ready to sculpt, define, and enhance your patients' natural beauty with Revanesse® Lips+™ and Revanesse® Versa+™! These two products offer a winning combination of cutting-edge technology, proven safety, high efficacy, natural, long-lasting results, and more.

Radiesse

RADIESSE® is an injectable implant composed of smooth calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a sodium carboxymethylcellulose gel carrier and is approximately 30% CaHA and 70% gel carrier by volume. Injection of the product provides an immediate and visible correction to the wrinkle. Over time, the gel is absorbed, and fibroblasts appear. The process of neocollagenesis begins, stimulating the gradual growth of the patient’s own collagen. The collagen that forms results in extended correction and increased patient satisfaction. RADIESSE® builds structural scaffolding by stimulating collagen production for a year or longer after only 1 injection.

Xeomin

Neurotoxins, such as Xeomin®, are prescription medications that block the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions so frown lines are softened. Xeomin® is a Botulinum Toxin Type A that blocks transmission of acetylcholine (ACh) from neuron to muscle. This inhibits muscle contraction and causes muscle paresis (weakness) or paralysis. Botulinum Toxin Type A only affects “cholinergic neurons” (neurons which use acetylcholine as a neurotransmitter). Botulinum Toxin Type A effects dissipate after ~ 3 months because new SNAP-25 proteins take 3 months to be synthesized.

Belotero Balance

Belotero Balance (+) is manufactured differently from other hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. This allows it to provide smooth, natural-looking results to highly mobile and high-visibility areas of the face. Belotero Balance (+) is ideal as a filler for first-time patients or returning patients seeking all-round refinement. See how Belotero Balance (+) delivers a smooth, flawless finish in the treatment areas showcased below.

About Profit Calculators

Quick Start Guide

The Profit Calculator features five adjustable sliders tied to the key variables that influence your daily and monthly profitability:

  • Patients per month
  • Price charged per syringe
  • Syringes use per patient
  • Working days per week
  • Pricing tier

To use the calculator: adjust the sliders to model different scenarios and estimate your potential profit from your fillers.

Important Note: This calculator subtracts monthly product cost from product revenue but does not account for other business expenses. As you build your financial plan, be sure to factor in additional costs that may impact your net profit, such as: staff wages, marketing and advertising, continuing education, EMR subscription, insurance, rent or mortgage, utilities, and supplies (gloves, syringes, cannulas, etc.)

Patients Per Month

Increasing patient volume directly drives both revenue and profit.
Strategies to grow your patient base:

  • Price your services competitively based on your local market
  • Leverage limited-time offers to boost booking, especially during slower seasons
  • Invest in targeted paid advertising
  • Build a professional website for your practice and optimize it for search engines
Price Per Syringe

Increasing your price per syringe can directly boost your revenue and profit.
Smart pricing strategies to consider:

  • Raising your price per syringe increases revenue (all else being equal), but be mindful of how pricing may impact patient volume. Research local market rates to stay competitive.
  • If you're looking to lower your prices without sacrificing marking, take advantage of MedShift's buy more save more bulk purchasing. Leveraging bulk purchasing helps protect your margins and gives you flexibility to price competitively.

Syringes Per Patient

Charging based on the number of syringes used can significantly increase your total revenue.
Strategies to maximize syringes per patient:

  • Proactively educate patients on your full range of injectable services, on your website, social media, and in consults. Highlight multi-use areas for injectables such as the jawline, hands, and even non-surgical BBL.
  • Prioritize marketing and promotions for procedures that typically require higher syringe volumes, like non-surgical BBL, to maximize revenue per appointment.
  • Remember, your time is the most valuable asset. Seeing 10 patients for 2 syringes each isn't always equal to 5 patients for 4 syringes each. Even with the same total syringe count, fewer patients means less paperwork, prep, cleanup, and follow-up which makes your practice more efficient and more profitable.
Working Days Per Week

Your schedule has a direct impact on daily profitability.
One of the key benefits of owning your practice is the ability to set your own schedule. While working fewer days per week can increase your profit per working day (assuming other variables stay the same), finding the right balance is essential.
Smart scheduling considerations:

  • Traditional business hours don't always fit aesthetic practices. A standard Monday through Friday 9-5 may not align with your patients' needs.
  • The more days you're open, the higher your operating costs, including staff wages and utilities.
  • Know your target audience and schedule accordingly. If you serve retirees or those with flexible schedules, weekdays may book easily. But if your patient base is mostly working professionals, offering evening or weekend appointments could help maximize bookings.
