DermaSculpt blunt-tip, flexible microcannulas are the number one choice for atraumatic filler injections!

This video-led training is with Dr. Kian Karimi, Medical Director for CosmoFrance Inc. – makers of the DermaSculpt microcannula. Dr. Karimi will walk you through the steps to leverage this revolutionary way to perform injectable fillers.

Performing filler treatments with a blunt microcannula allows for little to no bruising, little chance of injecting intravascularly, and is virtually pain free when performed correctly. These microcannulas come in different gauges and lengths and can be used with any fillers on the market today.

A DermaSculpt microcannula is much safer than using a classic sharp needle as the blunt-tip navigates smoothly through the dermis and Sub-Q layer under the skin, avoiding cutting through nerves and vessels. By using a DermaSculpt microcannula, a provider can also cover larger areas with just one puncture hole, ensuring that the product is spread more evenly throughout the area of injection.

Thanks to the hub marking on DermaSculpt microcannulas, you’ll always know the direction of the opening, resulting in a more comfortable procedure with lower risk for bruising. More control, more precision, better results!

Tune in to observe Dr. Karimi's techniques and see how the DermaSculpt microcannulas can be an important addition to your practice.

The Blunt, Flexible MicroCannula For Atraumatic Filler Injections!

A blunt cannula allows blood vessels to be ‘pushed aside’ as the microcannula moves around the tissue under the skin instead of piercing the blood vessels as with traditional needles. The cannulas are highly advantageous in that they are safer, more accurate, cause virtually no bruising when performed correctly, and do not require any kind of injected anesthesia or blocks in most cases. The pain, bruising, swelling, and length of the procedure have been significantly reduced with these cannulas.
